US taxpayers 10 to 1 against the "package!" In many constituencies 100 to 1 against!

If "this" passes on second muster, a Congressman can answer to his constituents that he voted "NO!" Which is technically true, even though he votes "YES" on the second "call!"

This is politics, folks, anything goes!

Getting elected and staying elected is the game!
