Our drop in SP could be due to the FT placement. At a $1.50 of FT are not the shares then worth about $0.83( at the high end tax bracket of 45%, if my math is correct). So, people that took the private placement are selling since they are already in the money. Once we clear 14 million shares from the time the PP was closed we should move back up.
