I did it as an exercise to show the effect grade and annual production have on the value of the company. IMHO, if we are going to see a $10 share price, they are going to have to produce >300,000 oz/y with around those stated costs. Either that, or the long-term gold price is going to have to go to $1,200/oz.
Of course, this completely precludes the kind of mania that Ruf thinks is coming.
