SAN is playing their AA's like you would if you were colluding with other players at the table. If they don't have partners, this type of action will get your a$$ whupped, along with all the Mommas and Poppas that own this stock, as some have already experienced!

I'm strongly of the oppinion there is collusion, a deal is done! Goodman and Co by virtue of their position are insiders, know every move this Co has made and will make! they have no doubt been through the core shack and are in continual intimate discussions with management!

His history supports the monacre "master shorter!" He and his cronies are out of our league and would no doubt like us (Peasants, Pi$$ants) out of their CO!

Normally, when a position is taken in a Co the size that Goodman controls a TO is imminent and the price rises accordingly to levels rewarding shareholders! (T Boone Pickens strategy on benifitting SH's with a TO offer! "First get a foorthold on their throat then attack from all quarters!")

They've definately got the "foothold!" In fact it may well be a "chokehold", similar to that used so effectively in Brazilian martial arts! You don't know the "master" has you until you collapse in a pile on the hard ground!

Ned and CO are obviously not "Greenmailers" so where does that put them?

His sights are trained on SAN, the only question left is when will He pull the proverbial trigger?
