We are looking forward to the release of the Financial Stataments for the 2nd Quarter later this week. Any guesses as to what kind of production and revenue numbers we should be expecting?
One never knows whether to expect a uptick or a downtick from financial statements. While I am sure production will be up, if it isn't up as far as expected, it results in disappointment and usually a drop in share price. Also, if operating expenses are higher than expected, creating there is a larger loss than expected, it could also lead to a price drop.
At the moment I am not too optimistic about the Q2 Statement. I think costs have been higher than projected and production has been lower than previously stated. I hope I am wrong, but that is what I am mentally prepared for. Whether the market has already taken these factors into account, if they are even right, will soon be seen.
I do expect Q3 to be very positive and it will especially be so if the 43-101 will get completed.
Any other opinions?
