The 64,000 dollar question, Miner, becomes "is SAN at war with our "major" SHs, who are, no doubt, interested in more than just capital gain, where deception is a key tool or in the process of a peaceful (friendly) TO (a deal may already be "in the bag!") where it's all on the table and deceit has replaced all efforts to increase SH value? (until the announcement!)
