I've learned from conversations with Dale that he, despite the fact that he holds a good share of the stock in SGR, does not see it as his job to promote the stock. It's his job to run the company and the stock will take care of itself. That's the way he sees it.
And if, for some heretofore unseen reason SGR tanks, he doesn't want to be responsible for someone else's risk-taking. Simple as that.
