It seemed to me that he was not all that comfortable in front of the camera. His eyes kept darting about, looking for something to focus on. Also, he was being pretty cautious about what he said, I think. Didn't want to run afoul of the regulators, I suppose... but yeah, it would be nice if he had even a smidgen of charisma.
