As for the director .... im not sure whats going on there, i heard some talk in the back before it started, someone is sitting behind me that some of the director said welcome and was introduced as a new director as of today. ill wait to hear more. maybe i miss understood something.

As for TSX i just asked and they said it depends when they have all there director sturcture set up, so no timeline setup.
