This report displays a maximum of 100 stocks that have recently hit new highs, have a closing price of 1 or higher and trade a minimum of 1,000 shares a day on average. Once a group of stocks have been identified based on the above criteria, the top 100 stocks are selected and ranked by percent increase in price.
