The problem with the dilution has been at the price they were issued at. If SGR can increase the share price to a more reasonable level then furthur dilution is not as bad a problem if they continue to impress the street with high grade. Don't get me wrong however I would like to see them produce and raise cash the old fashion way, "by producing/earning it" but institutions are not concerned about production at the moment. All the institutions care about is the exploration results. If exploration and our ounces keep increasing then furthur dilution can be accepted at higher levels. That way less shares for more cash for exploration. Numbers will tell the story here.
