The notes to F/S, note #14 discloses related party transactions specifically ....Wynne Mining Ltd., Wynne Drilling Ltd., Wynne's Place Ltd., Hotel San Antonio, and Hugh Wynne, the bulk of it is drilling services and only a fraction of it would be food catering
