Ok also to note i had a type in my post, 09-33 was suppose to be 08-33

I grabbed the holes numbers from the Plan & Long Section (pdf) on the website. they have it typed there wrong and i was wondering why it said 09 realizing that everywhere else its marked as 08.

But E you just furthered my point, hole 08-33 should have been drilled after the other ones... Is it possible they drilled it first, yes. But it would be more likly they drilled it after.

I am no expert, i just take best guesses.
