Hey Gord,
i think that is the intent by hiring a chief operating officer (COO).
this guy was once on the ground here at Bissett, but he has lately been working on a big project in the Yukon called the Minto operation for Sherwood Copper. here is a blurb from their website on that project:
Sherwood acquired Minto Explorations and all other project interests, including a partially constructed but dormant mine, in June 2005. Within two years from acquisition, Sherwood re-drilled the resources to reserve standards, completed a bankable feasibility study, arranged project financing, built a new mine and reached commercial production.
The new COO had a big hand in that project getting where it needed to go. They mine copper, gold, and silver out of that operation.
I think that we are moving forward here and the right guy for the job has been hired. It is only now a matter of time, the if part of all this is over.
Sink or swim time, and i think that San is treading water just fine, IMHO of course.
