I like what he said about not having to be chasing for another financing deal all the time. Surely by the time they would get even near using this 40 million, they will be cash flow positive and will not be in need at all. Once you get to that point, you can approach financing differently - your back is not to the wall and you can get it on much more favourable terms, usually people are coming to you instead of the other way around.
