If the big guys don't worry about the dilution because they are smart enogh to realize it takes money to build a producing mine into a world class entity, why would us small investors? They have only gone to the market when needed and have tried to wait for the highest share price to do it, but sometimes they can't wait. This latest placement will pay for increased production ahead of projections. There have been a lot of extenuating circumstances affecting the share price in the last 18 months, most unforseen by anybody, although BBC always says that he knew it was going to happen. In spite of your bashing ways we will still have less float than some in the end. I just had a drill job cancelled untill after Christmas because assays on samples are 2 months late. That is just one example of what can happen. Read up on the deal with Nova Gold and Barrick. They will at the minimum have to double their float now to 250M and will still be 8 years away from production. Share price is not always the answer to profit in my opinion unless you are prepared to get in early and hold long. To many times a quick profit is taken because of impatience. I'm here until we get at least $8.00. Call FC what you want, but he has been here for a long time. I guess we'll see who calls the shots now that SGR has done a bought deal with their largest shareholder. I'm hearing that they like the direction management has taken. Good enough for me!
