No facts...just my sense of things right now....something is up.  Word has it that the Private Placement is already filled - that's a lot of money in a very short time.  I know that has been some selling of old shares in order to raise cash for buying into the PP, but that would only account for a small part of the $25 million.  Of course the institutions are taking a large chunk.....still, that is a very sizable chunk of shares to be able to sell in such a very short time!  There is very strong upward pressure here. 

I am still very curious as to why there was an option to raise an additional $15 million at the end - why would they do that?  Again, I think there is something up.  Someone knows something, and only time will tell, I suppose.   With the AGM only a few weeks away, we may not have long to wait.
