Thanks for adding to the board, E....you have good analytical stuff to add and it makes for good discussion.

My quick read-over of the report gave me the sense that it was out-of-date and too conservative in its valuation, but that was just a gut feeling without doing any deep scrutiny of the facts and details in there.
