If there is bashing and other inappropriate stuff, I will delete as soon as I see it. The system here allows others too as well (not familiar with all the ins and outs yet, but we'll see how it all works as we go along). I will try to be reasonable (i.e. not paranoid)...afterall this is a mining company discussion board, not a Sunday School classroom... but with a little effort we can all keep it decent and that would make it a lot more fun to be a part of it.
