Another Sedar filing (October 10, 2007) advises that Goodmand and Company now own and even greater number and percentage of SGR shares:

G&C, on behalf of one or more of the mutual funds or other client accounts anaged by it, exercises control or direction over 18,462,176 common shares and ,500,001 purchase warrants of San Gold Corporation (“San Gold”). This epresents an approximate 10.76% interest in San Gold, on an undiluted basis, or an 1.63% interest on a partially diluted basis, assuming the conversion of the purchase
warrants into common shares, as at September 30, 2007.

The surprise to me was that the name on the bottom of the filing was Robert Cohen, Vice-President and Portfolio Manager.

Perhaps I am just out of touch on this point and others can help to clarify the connections between Cohen and Goodman, but I thought Robert Cohen was with Dynamic Funds. Is this the same Robert Cohen or two people with the same name? Is Dynamic Funds connected with Goodman?
