SRA Cancels Series II Note Holders' Meeting
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Jan. 19, 2009) - Strategic Resource Acquisition Corporation (NEX BOARD:SRZ.H) ("SRA") reports that in view of the Company and its U.S. subsidiary having filed for court protection in the U.S.A and Canada, it has cancelled the Series II note holders' meeting previously scheduled for January 21, 2009.
The first day of motions in the Chapter 11 proceeding are expected to take place in Nashville, Tennessee at 9:00 a.m. on January 21, 2009.
