I recently read on Mineweb what appears to be Pan American Silver's CEO, Geoff Burns, saying that their company may be on the hunt to acquire silver explorer and development companies.

A few takeovers in this area could cause the miscreants to take a second look at any future naked short selling efforts and maybe teach a few that get clobbered on any future takeovers a lesson on what eating crow is all about.
