NEWS RELEASE March 3rd , 2008

NEWS RELEASE
March 3rd, 2008 TSX-V Trading Symbol: SNS

Vancouver, B.C. March 3, 2008– SNS Silver Corporation (“SNS” or the “Company”) (TSX-V: SNS) is pleased to announce completion of 11,285 feet of drilling at its first underground drill station in the historic Crescent Mine. Drilling commenced January 3rd of 2008 at the Ellis Shaft drill station located in the footwall of the Alhambra Fault. Drilling has been targeted through the fault to the South Vein structure into an area approximately 2,000 feet east and 1,000 ft below the discovery holes drilled from the surface in 2007. The company expects that results of the first drill station should be released in the middle of March and further results will continue throughout 2008.
Access to the Ellis Shaft drill station was made possible by the completion of rehabilitation work in the Hooper Tunnel which provides access from the surface to the historic production areas of the Crescent Mine. Rehabilitation work continues in the Big Creek No. 4 /Lower Alhambra tunnels, located approximately 500 ft above the Hooper Tunnel level, which will provide additional access from the surface into the current underground exploration areas as well as secondary escape ways. Restoration of these historic workings will significantly reduce the time required to for production development in the event any of last year’s discoveries prove to be economically viable.
Currently, Kettle Drilling Inc., is moving the core drill 1,000 ft. west to a location midway between the Ellis Shaft drill station and the 2007 discovery area, where it will continue to explore new areas on the Alhambra and South Vein structures from the Hooper Raise drill station. Kettle is using an Atlas Copco U8O3 core drill which is capable of depths of over 4,000 feet. Kettle has now completed 11,285 feet of its 100,000-foot underground drill contract.
Atlas Fausett Contracting continues to advance the West Hooper drift approximately 300 ft. per month along the Alhambra Fault Structure which has been the source of most of the Crescent Mines historic production of more than 25 million ounces of silver from ore with an average grade of 27.3 ounces per ton. Total drift advance is approximately 450 ft to date. Samples are being taken out of each ore car from each round blasted, results are currently pending.
SNS Silver Corporation (SNS: TSX-V) is an exploration mining company, whose primary asset is the 100% owned Crescent Mine located in Kellogg, Idaho – one of the largest silver districts in North America with over one billion ounces of silver produced.
