After listening to the (2) interviews, my conclusion is Rusoro has this locked up.

Andre Agapov is just to confident, and at the same time very reserved in his speech.

Unfortunately for GRZ & KRY,

To be practical, the bottom line is that RML has positioned themselves to go into orbit......
