follow highway 17 to Nipigon turn right onto higway 11 and it is 78 kms up the road. i wouldn't recomend panning in the winter as water freezes in the pan. but drilling might work just fine in the winter. along with dewatering a mine shaft and then drilling underground. remember the deeper you go the warmer it gets.
