No,,,it's just that I've held RMK for a couple of years,,,,and when they say they are planning something,,,,they do it. Everything they have said,,,they have done,,,such as listing on the Venture,,,test mining,,,,refurbishing the mill.

 Now granted,,,I wish things would have moved faster,,,but we still have the best properties,,,are permitted,,,,and will be producing in 2008.

 What better timing,,,gold pushing towards 1000.00 an ounce,,,and then producing gold. Once they get down on the lower levels,,,they will drill from there to test deeper mineralization.

 I said it in my first posts on this board.... With RMK,,,you just buy the stock and sit back. That's what I have learned,,,,they will get the job done. They own 45%,,,,why would they do anything but eventually try to get the share price up.

 Since management has so much more invested,,,,I trust them to watch over the company,,,I don't really have to.

 I can spend my time looking for other more speculative plays. RMK is my long term insurance play.

That's just my take.....this is not a very good trading stock. More of a core holding in my folio.

 But,,let me add,,,,all this talk about forcing management to do something is absolutely pointless,,,because they will never be ousted or voted down.

They controll this company,,,own 45%,,plain and simple.

 Anyone posting otherwise is a short IMO.
