Well lets take a look at the whole situation.

1. We have gold in this whole area.                                                  2. Rmk has the only mill and infrastructure in place                           3. Are all these area plays going to spend more money to reduplicate what RMK has or are they going to use existing Mill. If Price of Gold goes up which it should the cheapest way to get this gold extracted could be to use an existing Mill.             4. Will KXL, ATV, SGX all build there own mills and will potential buyers all ship ore hundreds of miles away to get there ore processed or will they use the closest mill in the area.                     5. I'm a business owner and I'm only thinking feasability here
