In all honesty, I have no worries with management doing what they say. They are very conservative, but they have delivered on every thing they said they would . All the plans from the get go have been carried out just like management described on the website 2 years ago, 

 My only concern is the promotion. Production is not a concern at all,,,,as long as the POG holds up.
