Yep,,,I'd say that's the picture,,,plus add the fact we have a fully operational Permitted Mill.

 Close to the city,,,so labor won't be an issue,,,not the same as when located in the Great White North.....

 Where would you prefer to work? Labor working for RMK can go home to family after work,,,,big plus that's not really thought about much,,,but still a factor with our properties location in Canada.
