According to Stockscores.com a 'Buy" must have at least a Signal score of 80 and a Sentiment score of 60 to be a "buy".

Stocks on my watchlist that meet that criteria today are GIX, ADI, BVG, EXN, ITF, RSC, TMM, XRC 

However picking up steam are .... RG, GXM, PCE, NUS, TJS, SVL

RG is doing very well indeed and I would expect it to be over a buck in the not too distant future. Great story and great properties!
