The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the second tranche of a non-brokered private placement announced June 22, 2009.

Number of shares: 150,000 non-flow-through and 388,334 flow-through shares

Purchase prices: 10 cents per non-flow-through and 12 cents per flow-through share

Warrants: 538,334 share purchase warrants to purchase 538,334 shares

Warrant exercise prices: 15 cents for a one-year period and 20 cents in the second year

Hidden placees: Six hidden placees participated

Finders' fees: $2,448 payable to Canaccord Capital Corp.; $1,200 payable to Research Capital Corp
