What will be key is waiting to see the surplus come off as the market and production curtailements produce results. That combined with the low Ni prices will also produce some effects as the SS producers restock on Nickel that is now down 82% or so off its highs. They will buy and stock up even though they may not have the demand for SS they once had they too will see Nickel at rock bottom prices and won't want to miss that.
Many producers are being sorted out right now as wel as the bigger viable ones cutting back production targets to support the pirces. That takes time and when all are on side watch it move a bit then.
Eventually our economy will rebound. Energy is half od what it was an still falling thangs always lead and lag, we shall see.
The recycle market is toast, the Laterites are doomed and chinese cheap substitution nor longer cheaper nor providing the corrosion resistance.
Things come around eventually, the circle of commodities imho.
