As a shareholder obviously I do not like to see more options issued so often.But as anyone who had to run a bussiness knows you have to compensate the people who make it happen.

Last time I checked there was hardly any significant payroll in GCR..so they need to pay to keep the people working and motivated ...since the company has no revenue yet.
