Well, in the past I would jump on the stock and buy before it goes off but today, with some dry powder in hands, I want to take my time. Some doubts perhaps. I don't think the problem is that the project would not be economically feasible; I just think that the management might wait for the fall to issue some juicy news. Summer is generally not the right time to get investors' attention.
