A couple points as well.

The stock got on the radar ahead of news when it broke out before that weekend. When news did get released it was already a double, then it became a triple as the MoMo crowd jumped aboard.

The fuel at that time was the underground anomaly announcement and then the actual picture/model later. Wallah that's about it.

No real follow through as you said on what's the plan, delays in labs with possible drill results. Lot's of uncertainty in the near/short term.

The air comes out of the balloon just as fast as it came in.

Now follow the big story up with Mr Hughes selling his shares almost as fast as Joe public is buying them and the ordinary Joe does not get a good feeling ( despite the 40 dollar a share scenario) Actually the average joe may even have the same thoughts as others saying hey, I rode this to 4 bucks and then back down to 50 cents where it had a long dirt nap. I do like that the guy choose to sell inot news and volume but talk about throw water on the fire?

How would the market using it's intuition respond had the guy decided to buy 1.1 million or so at market (and the regulatory authorities LOL)? Wow you bet it's a different message.

I tried to count up the shares that had moved on that Insider link and then had a look at the monthly total for May trading and it approached a good percentage. Bear in mind the insider activity really started to go around May 14.

So the general vanilla colored market is not onside,unlike many here who possibly support the insider activity and attribute it to supporting the company finances. I would observe that they see the steam coming off, no real assurances that something is happening imminently or short term. Investors look for certainty and timeframes. Hey for all you know they have given this a 3-6 month I can come back later brush off and are happy getting out on the double if they weren't lucky enought to nail a triple?

Many propably recognize the trend is your friend and go out the same door they came in.

IMHO the stock will trade technically given no news on the front. There are investors and there are traders. One can surely tell by noting the volume in the charts when those periods are upon us. MoMo aka breakout.
