Rockcliff Commences Drill Program at Snow Lake Project

TORONTO, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - Rockcliff Resources Inc. (RCR: TSXV) is pleased to announce that drilling has commenced on its Snow Lake
Project located in central Manitoba. A minimum of 10,000m of drilling
with three drills has begun to test multiple high priority VMS-copper
rich targets on the project.
Drill core has been sent to an accredited assay lab and results will be
released when available.
Drilling is focussed at several locations throughout the Company's Snow
Lake Project (please refer to Rockcliff's news release dated January
19, 2010 for additional details of the drill program). Drilling will
test high priority VMS-copper rich zones at the Tower, Lon and Rail
properties as well as VMS targets on the Freebeth, Reed and Lon
properties. The properties are located within the Flin Flon greenstone
belt, one of the most prolific and the largest Proterozoic VMS District
in the world.

Qualified Person in accordance with Canadian regulatory requirements as
set out in NI 43-101, is responsible for the information in this press

Rockcliff also confirmed that pursuant to its December 2010 working
capital and flow through private placements (see News Release dated
December 21, 2010), Rockcliff paid total finders' fees of $263,540 and
issued 1,392,367 finders' warrants (263,540 exercisable at $0.15 for a
period of 18 months from closing and 1,093,700 exercisable at $0.20 for
a period of 18 months from closing).
