?...where does the black empowerment fit in?.

I tried to find the article , but can't remember where i saw that , anyway from what i remember it was about corporate debt in South Africa that ensue over the next few years according to RBC .

I'm not familiar with that law or rule i'm not sure what it encompasses but from what i remember, and i emphasize i only read one article last week-end concerning the subjet and mentioning black empowerment , RBC felt it could have a negative impact on corporate debt over the next few years , and i think , though i'm realy not sure that they were thinking about coming out of the market for that reason .

If i come across the article or any other to that effect i'll try to clear this out , sorry for the confusion .
