Hard to imagine how management justify to themselves RSU counts that make them the only ones staying even or keeping ahead of dilution. From the outside the lack of progress certainly makes their RSU awards look like something for nothing. 

Management keeps telling us the shares are worth more than they trade for, perhaps when awarding RSUs they should be pegged at what management think the shares are worth, not what they trade for. That would be a little like putting your money where Don's mouth is.
