Slide 16 shows, a royalty stream from Reverlogics and the oncology company Zenith Epigenetics Ltd are ZCC's key assets. 

1) A royalty stream to ZCC from Resverlogix to fund BOM2 is in the future, so this cannot fund BOM2. The cart before the horse scenario. 

2) Next up is the oncology company Zenith Epigenetics Ltd (ZEN-3694). Don states that ZCC assets are up for sale in 2024. But that they would never sell all of this, but are contemplating selling 20% of this which would raise about $140 million which would be plenty enough for Resverlogixs to finish the BOM2 trial. In a healthy market, Zenith Epigenetics Ltd. would be looking for a $1B asset value. Selling a fraction of that and maintaining a royalty stream going forward, they would be very happy to get that deal completed. They are very actively working with several companies on that.

Response from IR:   Thank you for your question. Zenith Capital Corp. (ZCC) owns two major assets: 1. A 6-12% ascending royalty stream from Resverlogix and 2. Zenith Epigenetics Ltd. which includes the intellectual property for ZEN-3694. As Don highlighted in the presentation, ZCC and Resverlogix plan to work together to maximize value creation for their respective shareholders. Towards that end, the sale of both assets (in part or in whole as applicable) is being considered to fund the clinical development of apabetalone.
