The past and present circumstances with RVX and Zenith clearly show the spin off has not worked in any form or fashion 11 years into it. Both these companies can be assessed as being reliant on eachother which we sort of assumed from the beginning. Even the share structure seems to indicate they are one entity in reality.

Just another complicated nothing burger by our team. How can the senior managment people actually survive the complete nothingness these past years? Most progressive serious researchers I would think would have moved on developing their career. Ours,,nope,,they could be catagorized as grifters it seems!,,Jmo based on the chart where we just experience a two decade low in share price. 

Best choice going forward of course, is to sell,,,sell,,this lethargic poisonous mess called Resverlogix!
