I would have to think that there would possibly be a  Royalty type BP deal with Zenith for money upfront and possiblly a milestone type buyout if Zenith get FDA approval for there trials , ( at least that was discussed at Zenith AGM in 2023)  As for a buyout price , a good comparison would be Morphosys buyout of  Constellation pharma for  $1.8 Billion  USD at a minimum  as a good guess as they are in the same Epigenetics space, just different indications , who knows ...
