would they sit on news related to the debt until after hours or even as late as tmr morning??

donald loves the spot light ,enters the room swelled up pretending to be the hero ,all excited & sweated up from all the hard work being done behind the scenes??
now sure how this strategy or in reality lack there of gives the market/shareholders any confidence or much needed trust that's so lacking?
maybe we see something yet but hard to see the reasoning for sitting on it for another 12-22 hours unless there just finishing up dotting the i's & crossing the t's on something much larger ??
