If today comes and goes without a news release then you are not off base fuzzyjr.  With the clear and present danger of losing the IP within the next 24 hours...there can be nothing more material!  If I wake up tomorrow without a news release I will be contacting securities regulators pointing to what constitues a blatant derelicition of duties by the CEO and that of the Board of Directors for not tossing an AWOL and/or crooked CEO...

To have nothing already worked out and in place by now is so bush league and so outrageous and demoralizing to shareholders and sideline investors.  Like it's his intent or something.
