It makes no difference what the RVX share price is in any kind of a Zenith deal. Everything willl be adjusted to the total price of the deal if a deal with Zen is ever done. It may mean getting 1 Zen share for each 10 RVX or getting 1 Zen share for each 20. These are examples only, don't read anything into the numbers.

It's definitely in Hepa's interest to have a lower share price for RVX if they choose to convert. The Chinese accounting rules may weigh heavily on their decision to convert though.
