IF they have anything it looks like they’re going to take it right up the last moment. Believe someone posted May 10th is the loan deadline? I guess if something is brewing & “competitive”  in nature / more than one entity interested we might see a short extension on the loan if Hepa actually believes their money is coming? Nothing SP wise yet to get a fella excited, guess it only takes a moment to change the whole story/picture.
