"Do they announce anything they are doing on a timely basis"

lol , not that I'm aware of but they've always seem Ed to get this out quickly e.g I believe it was a couple months prior to the loan being due last year when they announced the extension + figured if if your example of what might have happened  it would be material & would be released accordingly.
