I guess it really doesn't matter to Hepa weather their board member stays or goes as they end up with all the goodies regardless if they feel rvx hasn't got the means to pay them back in the next few months? Obviously it appears they won't be giving another extension on the loan?

What is going on , what does this mean, how long will they let the market stew. Unless your on the inside this can look quite concerning to you or maybe it gives you a more hope that something significant is coming your way.
