Maybe the Middle East parties will buyout a significant portion of Hepa's ownership paying off the debt due in May + more cash in making them a 40-45% owner/partner? Maybe controlling it even - they have the coin to move this & move it quickly imo. Again I just can't imagine the Hepa fella stepping down unless Hepa knows they will be taking care of - departing & then going after rvx for IP/debt is ridiculous imo especially with Don wishing him all the best in the future etc etc ?? Don't think anyone would be wishing that if they knew they were coming back at us with guns a blazing??

There has to be more , much more to this imo for him to step down. Who knows , maybe the Zenith/Rvx connection is still in play??
