I am on hold as I type with my Brokerage house in Canada.  I never need to sell my shares in my RRSP.  They simply do a "transfer in kind" for the lowest trading value the stock was trading over the past 2 days.  I have never been subject to a withholding tax.   So I will be transferring the remainder of 75K shares - RVX into my TFSA (all of which is now holding RVX and Zen at pennies).  Very sad... hopefully 5.6 Million soon!  :)
