I am hoping that this year, someone makes a New Years resolution and sticks to it...

May it read something like this.....

1.  I promise to retire in Q1 - 2024.

2.  It is time to stop fooling myself and recognize my incompentencies and most importantly let the experts lead.

3.  I whole heartly will ensure the absolute best value to my share holders and not put myself first.

4.  I will make a conscience effort to stop picking my nose, especially on the beach.
